I love the stone carrier because my husband would wear it without complaining that it is too girly. Also the colour would be great as it would not show up cat hair like the darker colours.... something we have to think about in our house :)
ReplyDeleteI want to win because these carriers are so adorable and comfortable and I think babywearing is fantastic!

why you love the stone/flowers carrier
ReplyDeleteBecause it makes me think of the beach and that makes me think about the holiday I'm going on for my 30th in March to far north Queensland
why I want to win
Because I have three kids and don't drive and only have two hands not all public transport is good for prams plus I love to have my baby close to me and being able to hear my heart beat to sooth him when he's upset
I love love love the stone/flowers carrier because it makes me think of summertime and nature - relaxing white beach sands; crisp linens on picnic tables; snow daisies in the mountains and seaside daisies on the coast.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win the stone carrier for a dear friend who is pregnant at the moment - my Close Carrier is hands down the best baby purchase I ever made and I would love to share it with someone who has done so very much for me in my first days of motherhood.
I love the stone/flowers carrier as it reminds me so much of my mum, it’s a colour that she is always wearing and living in another country so far from her I miss her, wearing this colour carrier would make me feel like I have not one but two very special people in my life very close to me and would remind me of the inspiration in my life my mum is to me and that I hope to be to my children.
ReplyDeleteIf I were to win the close carrier it would be of great benefit to not just me but my family. After years of IVF we have welcomed a beautiful baby boy and would very much like him to have a sibling close in age. Winning the carriers would mean that I would still be able to be a hands on mum with both toddler and bubs. If my family were to win, it would be a great accessory for our trip overseas early next year when my son will meet my side of his family.
Why I love the stone/flowers:
ReplyDeleteI love the stone as it is quite unisex, but is also quite feminine with the flowers- perfect for my baby girl due in April, and also for any sons we might have after her. My hubby would be quite proud to show off his little girl in a carrier that is neutral with a touch of girly girl in it to show he is carrying his princess.
Why I would love to win a close baby carrier:
we have a 17 month old son, with whom we tried a few carriers, but none seem right- a sling was good for him as a newborn, but got too heavy, and the target carrier was hard on my back, and quite thick and bulky. Being a second child, it's hard to justify spending on an item we technically already have, a baby carrier, but something that would work better for us.
I love the Close stone/flowers carrier because of many reasons and the name suggests the biggest reason! To be close to my bubba! There is only such a little time that I get to be skin on skin so to speak next to my new bubba before it is 6 years later and they are pulling away from you as you go to give them a kiss in front of their friends! Secondly to have my hands free make me feel as though I have a extra set of hands! Every mothers dream! so I can still attend to our beautiful daughter who is 21 months. Plus quite frankly the design is gorgeous and who wouldn't want to look gorgeous (plus hide a few bumps) when they are out with a beautiful flower pattern for a new baby girl! and be comfortable as well! Ahh dream come true!
ReplyDeleteI would LOVE, LOVE to win as in a little over 3 weeks!!! we will be welcoming our second little cherub into our home, a beautiful daughter and little sister for our eldest daughter. So I don't have a carrier and was only speaking to my husband tonight about options to have my hands free to still be able to tend to our 21 month old daughter. When it comes to baby products he can be somewhat of a scrooge and convincing him to let me buy somethings can be little banging my head against a wall! So to own a super comfy carrier would be fantastic for baby and me!
1. I love the Stone with the pink flowers on
ReplyDeleteas it's a light cool colour for our Queensland sun.
2. To win one
would be awesome
as my girl is now a Klingon
and I need my hands and back for my mummy work to go on!
I love the stone Close baby carrier as it suits both a girl and a boy, i have one of each, and it also looks soooooo snugglely for the little ones!! By this i don't mean just newborns as my 2 are past that stage, but i know my 10 month old would adore it. He is such a snuggle bunny and i always feel bad having to put him down to tend to my chores or his 2 y.o sister. I love the fact that they are so much easier to put on than other carriers and have detailed embroidery on them. They suit so many people.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win one because i've always wanted one since i saw one on one of my friends, though at the time i had to choose between buying some pop ins or the carrier and decided that the pop in's would be better for me as my finances were very low. I still find myself constantly walking around with my bub and know i'm going to have another one at some stage and don't want to miss out on experiencing the closeness of the close baby carrier.
I LOVE the stone/flower carrier becuase it keeps baby close to my heart which is "WEAR" bubbas belong for as long as possible. I still hold my 3 yr old close to my heart when she is upset.
ReplyDeleteId LOVE to win as bub is due in 9 days and having my hands free to cuddle and comfort my 3 yr old would mean i could easily share my love with all my chldren.
