Improving on Perfect

I am one of those die-hard Pop-In fans who simply refused to believe that Close could have outdone their night nappying solution.

Why change something that works? Something so perfect? Well, perhaps not perfect, but near enough to. If I could have changed two things about the old dri-night booster, it would have been the bulk and the drying time. But I wouldn’t have been game. Who wants to slim down a booster that’s meant to keep our babies dry for 10+ hours? I was quite happy with my fat bottomed babies if it meant a dry night for them and a sleep through for me.

Then along came the new nighttime booster.

And guess what! It’s slimmer (by a THIRD) and dries in HALF the time of the old style. But how can this last all night, you ask.

I don’t know! But it does! I’ve been trialing (read: torturing) the new design on my 1 year old for 2 weeks now and this fabulous little upgrade survived the following scenarios:

1. {Inside a dream dri nappy} 3 hour slot after 240 ml of milk WITHOUT being pre-washed. Yep. Straight from the air post satchel and into the nappy. Do as I say, not as I do, ok?
2. {Inside a dream dri nappy} 5 hour slot after 240 ml of milk and after just one wash.
3. {Inside an original nappy} 10 hour slot after 2 washes and a bottle of milk.
4. Repeated scenario 3 another 4 times with no leaks, no rash and no problems.

I washed and dried an old night booster every time I washed the new one and the new one dried literally in half the time EVERY time.

Too good to be true? Keep tabs on our Facebook page for your chance to review the new boosters and find out for yourself.

Composition:
Bottom layer:-70% bamboo viscose, 30% cotton. Top layer—100% polyester
The new boosters will be available in the bulk nappy packs or on their own in a pack of 3. The new boosters fit comfortably inside the V2 original and the V2 and V3 dream dri.

  1. I am so impressed that Close could have improved on what was already an awesome night time booster. I must say I was skeptical when I saw the new booster at the Brisbane Baby and Toddler Expo and saw how trim it is. I am pleased to hear that it is just as good and if not better than the current dri-night booster. I can't wait for the new generation Pop-ins to arrive!

  2. I'm really pleased to hear such a review, I'm hoping that the trimmer fit will allow me to use it for longer on my beefy 2 1/2 yr old son.
Can't wait to add to my stash!!
